Fifty Years After the Yom Kippur War, Israel Faces Another Existential Crisis
UH is excited to welcome Tal Schneider, the Political and Diplomatic Correspondent for the Times of Israel.
Fifty years after Israel's biggest military threat, Israel is under a bigger internal threat. It is not the neighboring Arab countries that may break Israel's society, but rather a deep and painful would amongst the diverse tribes of Israel.
Tal's lecture will provide a retrospective of the military and social implications of the Yom Kippur War and a perspective into the current political and constitutional crisis.
